Happy Fire Prevention Week to the Glocester Elementary schools! West Glocester Fire, along with Harmony Fire Department, had a BLAST spending the day with West Glocester Elementary School yesterday.
Students demonstrated their stop, drop, and roll skills while learning what to do if they ever find themselves in a fire. Students were able to have their questions answered by a fire Chief, were introduced to Sparky, watched a fire fighter gear up, and even got to tour a fire truck!!
The fifth graders were put through a rigorous obstacle course, and everyone was impressed when their teachers decided to jump in on the fun and race too! Friday October 25th, we will be at the Fogarty Elementary School for more fun!
